You can choose to buy the suggested gift as a direct voucher or start a "crowdfund" (group gift) with friends.

To ensure maximum security and a premium experience, MyHug uses a "Concierge Payment" system.

After filling in the details, you will receive payment instructions. Always include the Voucher Reference (e.g., MH-2026-XXXX) in your payment notes.

Once our concierge validates the payment, the voucher is activated and you will receive an email with the official share link.

For security, you must confirm your email or phone number to reveal the mystery gift.

You can accept the main gift chosen for you or explore the suggested alternatives if you prefer something else.

Provide your shipping address (for physical gifts) or confirm digital delivery. MyHug handles the rest!

Validity

All MyHug vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of activation.

Integrity

Once "Redeemed", the voucher is considered spent and cannot be reused or changed.
